A Time for Giving
So many animals are in need of loving homes and we have been very lucky to have the opportunity to help save them from an uncertain fate.  Although we are small and in a more rural area, we were able to find wonderful homes for 149 animals this year because of you.
Many times the dogs and cats are in dire need of medical care, need medications, need spay/neuter surgery, and routine shots.  All of this is costly even with a veterinary discount.  Please consider making a monetary donation to help us save more!  For the cost of 2 cups of coffee we can provide preventative shots for one dog.  If every person in our area & network donated just $10 this month we would be able keep rescuing  and caring for those who cannot fend for themselves.  Won't you help animals like Pancake, Hank, Brutus, Ritz to name just a few?

Dog of the month ~
This is Glover!  He is a a happy boy who just loves people!  He is very sweet at only one year old and loves to play.  He also enjoys spending time with us and we think he's probably going to be a lap dog after going for walks and playing!  Glover is very smart and knows his basic commands.  He is definitely one to meet!

Evie needs your help!

Evie is a beautiful girl both inside and out who needs surgery.  She came to us with an unexpected injury; an ACL tear in her right hind leg. Evie's surgery and care is expensive and with a specialist would be $5000 to $6000.  We luckily have a wonderful veterinarian in our area that will do the surgery for Evie at a reduced rate.  We need to raise about $3000 to over the surgical procedure, X-rays, office visits, and medications.  Please help us help Evie by donating in her name.

Thank you!

Cat of the month ~  FOSTERED!

This is Ophelia!  This little girl is just 3 years old and so scared!   Ophelia is very sweet and loves to be petted, even when she won't come out of her tunnel bed.  She will come out when she knows you and she is very affectionate.  She would like a quiet home for sure.
